Puerto Madero

Puerto Madero translates the relaxed coastal atmosphere of Jurerê into a visual experience shaped by architecture, landscape, and everyday living. Inspired by the character of Puerto Madero, the project balances an active commercial ground floor with an exclusive residenltia volume of just 48 units. The visual challenge was to communicate this experience beyond the architecture itself. Natural light became a fundamental tool, with filtered sunlight, soft shadows, and warm late-afternoon tones used to reveal the textures of the materials and create a sense of calm throughout the images. Vegetation plays an equally important role, framing perspectives, adding depth, and reinforcing the project’s connection to nature. The result is a visual narrative built around light, materiality, and landscape — where sophistication is expressed through restraint, and where the value of the project lies not only in its architecture, but in the atmosphere and way of living it proposes.
